    1 Tbsp chia seeds
    1 lemon juiced
    1 Tbsp nutritional yeast
    1/8 tsp red pepper flakes
    1/2 tsp chili powder
    1/2 tsp smoked paprika
    Blend with water

    Dinner dressing:
    2 mangoes
    3 dates
    1 lime juiced
    2 Tbsp tahini
    1 clove garlic
    1 small chunk jalapeño
    1/2 tsp apple cider vinegar
    1 tsp oregano
    1/4 tsp smoked paprika
    1/4 tsp cumin
    1/2 tsp chili powder
    1/2 tsp onion powder
    Blend with water
