    → smoothie recipe
    1 cup plant milk
    1 scoop protein powder (I use Livwell! I have a discount code: )
    2-3 medjool dates
    1 heaping tablespoon almond butter
    1 tablespoon flaxseed meal (or use chia or hemp seeds)
    generous sprinkle of cinnamon
    1 teaspoon maca powder (mine is from Vivolife)
    1 cup ice

    → peanut sauce (cut recipe in half if you don't want extra sauce)
    3 cloves garlic, crushed
    1 tablespoon minced ginger
    1 tablespoon sesame oil
    1 tablespoon rice vinegar
    1/4 cup soy sauce
    2 tablespoons chili garlic paste (add more or less to preference)
    1/2 cup peanut butter
    1/2 cup coconut milk (or sub a little bit of water or veggie broth)
