    I know this is late but thought it might still be helpful if people come back to this video for future christmases!
    Here's what I made last Christmas:
    – Sweet Potato Casserole from Oh She Glows
    – Caesar Salad from Oh She Glows (without chickpeas)
    – Nut Lentil Roast from veganeasy.. has disappeared from their website! (without lentils)
    – Shepherds Pie from ThrivingOnPlants "Vegan Thanksgiving Recipes" video (without garlic, onion + lentils but added lots of mushrooms!) + gravy

    – Peanut Putter Cup Pie from Minimalist Baker
    – Chocolate Peppermint Cupcakes from Minimalist Baker

    I cooked for my parents, sister, grandparents & aunt and there was plenty of leftovers for my 2 cousins and grandparents' lunch the next day! Everything was also fructose-friendly & gluten-free.
    Although I left out quite a few ingredients so that my fructose-intolerant Aunt (and cousin) could eat everything, it was all still super delicious and received rave reviews! And I know how annoying it is being vegan and only being able to eat like 1 dish at a gathering so it was important to me for all the food to be suitable for everyone!
    It was quite easy to cook everything vegan and please all, as my parents & sister eat vegan now, my grandparents are too old to object or do it themselves and my aunt was happy to contribute with fresh fruit. And I was so happy to do it all myself so that it was cruelty-free & healthy!
    My grandpa is a super picky eater but even he didn't want salt or pepper or sauce or for it to be heated up in the microwave! My grandma & aunt were so intrigued at how satisfied they felt but not stuffed and at how well the food digested. They said I was onto something ha!

    what i always make for christmas – carrot cake, banana pecan shortbread, bliss balls, lentil loaf with gravy, a few different salads and cinnamon roasted sweet potatoes. This year i also made mini meringue nests from aquafaba with coconut cream and berries!
