    The humble Wellington is an epic centre piece to any vegan Christmas dinner table. It’s packed full of rich flavours and will please the whole family. Wrapped in a crispy pastry with moist filling it’s a joy to eat.

    We had that for Christmas lunch – fantastic! Thanks guys – it's a keeper! I followed the recipe and it made enough to fill a pastry sheet for 4 people, plus second helpings, but I only used half of the filling. Now have enough left for about 6 pasties. The joy of it just keeps giving!
