    Creamy Broccoli Pasta With Smokey Flakes

    2 cups of cashew nuts
    1 1/2 cup of water
    1 tbsp miso paste
    1 tsp english mustard
    1 tbsp lemon juice
    1/4 cup nutritional yeast
    2 large heads of broccoli
    6 cloves of garlic
    3 sprigs of thyme
    Salt and black pepper, chilli flakes
    2 cups of coconut flakes
    1 tbsp olive oil
    2 tbsp soy sauce/tamari/coconut aminos
    1 tsp smoked paprika
    1-2 Tbsp maple syrup
    1/2 tsp liquid smoke
    1 pinch sea salt

    1 1/2 cups of dried medium white beans soaked overnight (to then cook with at least 1 litre of vegtable sock in soup for 3 hours until beans are soft OR 2 cans of cooked beans to then cook with 500ml vegetable stock in soup)
    4 carrots
    1 leek
    6 garlic cloves
    1 tbsp miso paste
    Vegetable stock (as instructed above)
    2 x tins of tomatoes
    Handful of fresh kale
    1 15-oz. can whole peeled tomatoes
    2 bay leaves
    1/4 cup nutritional yeast
    Pasta
    Chilli flakes
