    On today's episode I share with you my recipe for Tofu! Stewed Tofu with Puerto Rican flavors is the most amazingly flavorful all plant based dish you'll ever have!
    This goes great with white rice, brown rice, quinoa or pasta either way you have it your be satisfied!

    Ingredients

    For the Tofu:
    1 10oz Firm Tofu ( Level 6)
    1 Packet Sazon
    1 Packet Vegetable &Salad Seasoning (Goya brand)
    Black Pepper to taste
    1/2 Teaspoon ground Cumin

    For the Sauce
    1 8oz Tomato Sauce
    1 Tablespoon Tomato Paste
    1/2 Cup Onions
    1/2 Cup Cilantro
    2 Tablespoons Fresh Garlic
    Red Bell peppers
    Green Bell Peppers
    Salt and Pepper to taste
    Orangeno to Taste
    Bay Leaf
    1 Packet Sazon

    Extra Virgin Olive Oil for frying
