  • I don’t measure my ingredients, everyone’s taste buds are different. So I listed what I used below instead.

    Garlic powder
    Onion powder
Salt (what ever is your preference)
    Paprika
    Black pepper
    Oregano
    Crushed Tyme
    Creole seasoning
    Vegetable broth

I rinsed my beans really well & I let them soak overnight. (Approximately. 18 hours) along with 3 garlic cloves chopped in half & pieces of onion to add flavor. (Be sure to cover beans with a plate while they soak overnight)

I add my beans to a deep cooking pot along with a whole container of vegetable broth. (I added about a cup of water as well) I let the beans boil for about an hour with the garlic cloves and onion. (Be sure to have it on low heat with the top on it) Add seasonings to beans. (Do not add paprika until everything is cooked together)

Then I chopped up my vegetables into small pieces.

    1 Green pepper
    1 red pepper
    4 garlic cloves
    1/2 onion
    And 5 yellow potatoes

I sauté the onions and garlic for about 2 minutes or until the onions are translucent.
I add my other veggies, (Doesn’t matter which order) yellow potatoes and 1 can of hunts tomato sauce. I also added some water from my beans.
Place a top on it for about 25/30 mins and allow it to cook until potatoes can be poked with a fork. (Add seasonings to the vegetables & potato mix as well)

I remove the garlic clove chunks & onion in beans and I Transfer the veggies and potatoes into bean pot, stir very well and allow it to cook on med/ low heat for about 45/50 mins with top on it. Be sure to stir every 20 mins to avoid over cooking and sticking to pot. Once you’ve let it all cook together, it should be ready to serve!

Taste great with grilled cheese. (Vegan or regular cheese works!
