    Ingredients

    1 cup rice ( soaked for 30 minutes and drained)
    1/2 cup chopped ivy gourd ( tindora or tondekaayi)
    1/2 cup green peas
    1/4 cup chopped carrots
    1/4 cup chopped beans
    1/4 cup chopped potatoes
    2 tbsp oil
    1 tbsp ghee
    1 tsp mustard seeds
    5-6 curry leaves
    1/2 cup onion sliced
    1 tsp red chilly powder
    1/2 tsp turmeric powder
    1 tbsp goda masala ( or 1 tsp garam masala)
    1 tsp jaggery
    Salt to taste
    2 cups water
    Fresh coconut scraped to garnish
    fresh coriander leaves chopped to garnish
