    Ingredients

    For masala powder ( To fry and grind to a fine powder)

    1 tbsp mustard seeds
    1 tsp methi seeds ( fenugreek seeds)
    1/2 tsp cumin seeds
    1/4 tsp black pepperorns
    2-3 cloves
    1/4 tsp oil

    For pickle

    2 tbsp oil
    1 big pinch hing
    1 tsp mustard seeds
    5-6 fresh curry leaves
    5-6 medium size tomatoes finely chopped
    salt to taste
    1 tsp jaggery ( optional)
    1/2 tsp turmeric powder
    1.5 tsp red chilly powder ( adjust according to taste)
