    Hey sorry guys, I made 2 wording mistakes! Been under a lot of pressure and deadlines and I mixed up some of the names of what I was cooking with which you guys have already left comments on. Clearly celery, clearly rosemary, equally, you can also use thyme and leeks in this recipe if you want too xxxxx my bad!

    You're gorgeous and clearly a great cook but I don't get the point of being vegan if you still want meat like textures in you're food or why you would use meat substitutes, I don't eat meat and wouldn't dream of eating something remotely similar to meat even eggs throw me off because they're quite meaty in flavour, no disrespect I'm just curious because you seem dead against meat

    I could handle the pasta dish but not the stew because there's too much tomato in it. I can only eat small amounts of tomato. I'm the same with soy, too much and I have a bad reaction.

    For the stew, I went to sprouts, bought these ingredients. I used a Frey 🍷. I didn't have the smoked paprika, so used regular paprika. My potatoes weren't as flavorful as they should've been given all the ingredients. 🙁 My kids didn't like the textures. My sister thought it was ok, my friend liked it, but I thought it was sweet. I was hoping for more of the other flavors to come through like even the onion seemed over powered…. I also think it's better over a grain or bread.

    For the pasta, what variety of tomatoes did you use?
