    Don’t you have problems digesting soaked chickpeas? I’ve been cooking them even when sprouted. Or does your body learn to digest them raw after a while? It took time for my body to learn to digest them cooked. This is why I can’t go raw, not giving up my sprouted beans every day.

Thank you so much for your videos, When I'm feeling down or I forget what I want to be in the raw food community because life can take us away, you bring me right back to where I need to stay. I am new to raw food and am ready to do a cleanse for the first time in over 10 years. So ready set go!! After this cleanse I am going to dive into raw foods. I am looking forward to your new 7 day cleanse. I will incorporate it into my diet right after my fast which is 7 days, Just to let everyone know I used to cleanse every 3 months though out my 20;s and 30;s. After a tragic accident and becoming paralyzed for 4months and all of the medications the doctors put me on because of severe pain, I forgot who I was.
    I started watching your videos back in September of 2017. I am ready to make the change because of your inspiration and your commitment. Thank you so much. I love you!
