    Ingredients
    For Paneer Fingers:
    • 250 gms Paneer
    • 8-10 Bamboo Sticks
    • 2-3 tbsp Chipotle Mayo

    For Marination:
    • ½ Cup Olive Oil
    • 1 tbsp Minced Garlic
    • 1 tbsp Red Chilli Flakes
    • 2 tbsp Mixed Italian Dry Herbs
    • 1 tbsp Smoked Paprika Powder
    • 1 tbsp Salt
    • 1 tsp Pepper

    For Toasted Hot Dogs:
    • 2 Hot Dog Buns
    • 1 tbsp Butter
    • 2 Slices Of Cheese
    • 1 tbsp Fresh & Pure Oil
    • 1 tsp Minced Garlic
    • 1 tsp Red Chilli Flakes
    • Golden Harvest Salt To Taste
    • Golden Harvest Pepper To Taste
    • ½ cup Red Bell Pepper
    • ½ cup Yellow Bell Pepper
    • ½ cup American Corn
    • 6-7 Olives
    • 1 tbsp Basil Leaves
    • 1 cup Arugula Leaves
    • 2-3 tbsp Mustard Mayo

    For Caramelised Onions:
    • 2 Onions
    • 1 tbsp Butter
    • ½ cup Water
    • 1 tsp Brown Sugar

    For Spaghetti Mudi:
    • 1 cup Boiled Spaghetti
    • 1 tbsp Mustard Oil
    • ½ cup Boiled Potato
    • ½ cup Tomato
    • 1 tsp Green Chillies
    • ½ cup Fresh Coconut Slices
    • ¼ cup Peanuts
    • 2 tbsp Fresh Coriander Leaves
    • ¼ cup Masala Chana Dal
    • 1 tsp Lemon Juice
    • ¼ cup Black Bengal Gram
    • 2 tbsp Mudi Masala

    For Mudi Masala:
    • 3 tbsp Cumin Seeds
    • 3 tbsp Coriander Seeds
    • 1 tbsp Black Salt
    • 1 tbsp White Pepper Powder
    • 1 tbsp Dry Mango Powder
    • 1 tbsp Red Chilli Powder
    • 7-8 Bay leaves

    Method of preparation
    For Paneer Fingers
    1. To prepare the marinade, add minced garlic, red chilli flakes, Italian herbs seasoning, smoked paprika powder, black pepper powder and salt to a bowl.
    2. Add olive oil to the mix and stir.
    3. Add paneer fingers to the marinade and coat it.
    4. Allow it to marinate for an hour.
    5. In a preheated grill pan, grill the paneer fingers till they are cooked.
    6. Serve on a skewer with a sauce of your choice.

    For Toasted Hot Dogs
    For the Filling
    1. In a pan saute some garlic in oil.
    2. Add red bell peppers, corn, red chilli flakes, salt and olives before sauteeing it again.
    3. Filling is ready.

    For the Bun
    1. Slice the hot dog bun in half.
    2. Line the slice with butter and cheese before placing it in the oven for 20-30 seconds.
    3. After the cheese has melted line the bread with arugula leaves.
    5. Place the prepared filling in the bun.
    6. Top the hot dog with mustard sauce, caramelized onions and jalapenos.

    For the Spaghetti Mudi
    For Mudi Masala
    1. In a pan dry roast cumin seeds, coriander seeds and bay leaves.
    2. In a mixer jar add the roasted ingredients along with black salt, white pepper powder, dry mango powder and red chilli powder before blending.
    3. Mudi Masala is now ready.

    For assembling the Spaghetti
    1. In a bowl place the boiled spaghetti along with mustard oil, potatoes, tomatoes, green chillies and coconut.
    2. Give the ingredients a mix.
    3. Add peanuts, black bengal gram, masala chana dal, mudi masala, salt and lemon juice before giving it a toss.
    4. Garnish with coriander and roasted peanuts and serve.
