  • Grazie a tutti per aver guardato! Here is the recipe for the delicious bolognese:

    Bolognese Vegano:
    • 2 onions, finely diced
    • 1 carrot, peeled and finely diced
    • 1 stick celery, finely chopped
    • 1 large handful chopped basil leaves
    • 3 cloves garlic, crushed and finely chopped
    • 250 millilitres white or red wine
    • 2 bay leaves
    • 400 grams mushrooms
    • 200 grams green lentils (puy lentils)
    • 400g can diced tomatoes
    • 400 gram bottle of passata
    • 1 litre vegetable stock
    • Salt and pepper to taste
    • Grated parmesan and pasta to serve

    Cook for approximately 50-60 minutes until thickened and lentils are cooked through.
