    How to make beans in the instant pot:
    How to make beans on the stove:

    Smoothie bowl recipe (2 servings):
    Blend 2 packs of frozen fruits (mine were 12oz and 10oz) and 2 cups of low-fat soy milk in a blender until smooth. Pour into a bowl and top with oats, dried fruits, nuts, or anything else you have!

    Chili recipe (2 servings):
    1 cup of pinto beans
    1 cup of red kidney beans
    1 can of black beans – 15 oz
    1 clove of garlic
    3/4 tsp of chili powder mix
    2 cups of water
    1 cup of frozen or canned corn

    Pour all of the ingredients into a pan and bring to a boil, then simmer for 20 minutes. Top with parsley flakes to make it look fancy 😉

    Pea soup recipe (2 servings):
    1 can of potatoes or 15oz of potatoes
    1 can of peas
    1 clove of garlic
    ~1 cup of water (or more)
    1/4 tsp of parsley flakes
    1/2 tsp of onion powder
    1/4 tsp of salt (or salt to taste)
    1/4 tsp of black pepper (or to taste)
    Dry roasted peanuts

    Put the peas and potatoes into a blender and 1 cup of water (or more if you need it) and blend until smooth. Pour into a pot and simmer on med heat for 10 minutes while you add the garlic, onion powder, parsley flakes, and salt and pepper. Serve warm and top with a few chopped peanuts and more salt if desired!
