    Broccoli and Turnips:
    Ingredients:
    -1 broccoli -4 turnips -2 tbsp walnut powder -3 tbsp hazelnut oil

    1-Cook the broccoli in boiling water during 10 min
    2-Peel and Cut the turnips in little pieces
    3-Add to a saucepan with 2 tsp walnut powder and hazelnut oil
    4-10min , medium heat
    5-Serve with broccoli and more walnut powder
    6-Enjoy !

    Cauliflower and potatoes:
    Ingredients:
    -1 cauliflower -3 potatoes -1 clove of garlic -3 tbsp olive oil -coriander

    1-Cook the cauliflower in boiling water during 15min
    2-Peel and cut potatoes and garlic in little pieces
    3-Add to a saucepan with olive oil
    4-10min , medium heat
    5-Serve with cauliflower and coriander
    6-Enjoy !
